ICoTA Governance
Globally ICoTA is governed by elected officers who adhere to the principles and processes set out within the Global Bylaws and the Guide for Professional Conduct. The Global Officers are approved by ICoTA’s full Board of Directors. Within each individual Chapter a comparable governance process is used to select officers. Those being approved by that Chapter’s local committee. Additional local considerations are recognised and incorporated into each Chapter’s own Bylaws. Chapter specific Bylaws dovetail with, but do not counter Global Bylaws.
