New President Announced at Altus Intervention Norway & Denmark

Cathrine Bjaarstad has been appointed as President of Altus Intervention, Norway & Denmark. Carl Kyllingstad, who was the interim President, will continue in the role of Operations Manager for the company’s operations in Norway and Denmark.

Cathrine Bjaarstad has 30 years’ experience from the oil and gas industry in Norway and internationally. More recently she was an Industrial Partner at HitecVision and since January 2016 has served as CEO of the HitecVision owned company Aquamarine Subsea. Bjaarstad holds a Master of Science Mechanical Engineering degree and has a rich combination of technical and practical strategic experience as both a leader and manager from industry and private equity investment as well as various product, engineering and service companies. She is results-oriented and target driven with strong operational leadership qualities.
